About Us

“Cogito Ergo Sum-I think Therefore I am”—Rene Descartes

The Cognitome Program, founded by an internationally trained neuroscientist Dr. Mohita Shrivastava, Ph.D., is a comprehensive initiative designed to address brain, mind, and behavioral issues through a variety of therapeutic interventions and management strategies. Dr. Shrivastava, an internationally trained neuroscientist and neuropsychologist, has developed a program that integrates cutting-edge scientific research with practical applications to enhance cognitive functions and overall well-being. The Cognitome Program emphasizes the importance of cognitive functions and skills in personal and professional development. The program recognizes the brain’s remarkable ability to adapt and rewire itself, a concept known as neuroplasticity. This understanding opens possibilities for learning new skills and overcoming limiting thought patterns. At the core of the Cognitome Program are evidence-based tools and techniques widely recognized in cognitive rehabilitation therapy, cognitive control, and cognitive skills enhancement. These approaches are designed to unlock the brain’s potential, enabling individuals to achieve their full cognitive and emotional capabilities.

The Cognitome Program represents a holistic and scientifically grounded approach to enhancing brain, mind, and behavioral health. By leveraging the principles of neuroplasticity and utilizing evidence-based techniques, the program aims to empower individuals to lead more fulfilling and productive lives. Whether through therapeutic interventions, cognitive training, or innovative neuroscientific mindfulness practices,- ‘The Celebration Techniques’ by the Cognitome Program is dedicated to fostering cognitive and emotional well-being on a global scale. – The Cognitome Program is committed to advancing the field of neuroscience through outreach and research. By collaborating with global partners, the program aims to contribute to the broader understanding of cognitive functions and well-being.

Mission & Vision

Cognitome Program emphasis on Cognitive control and executive functions that are critical for managing thoughts, actions, and emotions. The Cognitome program provides techniques to enhance these functions, helping individuals improve their decision-making, problem-solving, and self-regulation skills. Through targeted training exercises, the program helps individuals develop and strengthen cognitive skills such as memory, attention, and processing speed. These skills are essential for both personal and professional growth. For individuals recovering from brain injuries or dealing with cognitive impairments, the program offers rehabilitation and remediation therapies. These therapies aim to restore lost cognitive functions and improve quality of life. Mindfulness practices rooted in neuroscience are incorporated to help individuals achieve a state of mental clarity and emotional balance. These approaches are designed to reduce stress and enhance overall cognitive performance and quality of life.

Mission Statement:
Inspired by the groundbreaking work of Michael Gazzaniga, who reminds us that “the brain is a dynamic, ever-changing organ,” and David Eagleman, who asserts that “the brain is a living, electric forest that can rewire itself, the Cognitome Program is dedicated to empowering individuals to harness the transformative power of neuroplasticity. Our mission is to address brain-mind and behavioral challenges through innovative education, cognitive rehabilitation therapy, neuroscientific cerebration techniques, brain wave entrainment, research, and global outreach. We provide evidence-based therapies such as cognitive skills training, cognitive remediation, and neuroscientific mindfulness practices. By prioritizing cognitive restructuring and neuroplasticity, we aim to unlock the brain’s potential for renewal and growth, enabling individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Vision Statement:
At Cognitome, we envision a world where the principles of cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychology are accessible to all, empowering individuals to understand and optimize their brain’s potential. Guided by David Eagleman’s insight that “the brain is a universe of unexplored possibilities,” and Michael Gazzaniga’s belief in the brain’s adaptability, we strive to cultivate global awareness of the brain’s capacity for change. Through cognitive exercises, brain training, neuroscientific meditation, and neuroplasticity-based techniques, we aim to reframe distorted thinking patterns, enhance cognitive function, and promote adaptive thought processes. Our vision is to enable individuals to live fuller, more productive, and happier lives by integrating cutting-edge cognitive improvement strategies and fostering a deeper understanding of the brain-mind connection. Together, we can unlock the limitless potential of the human mind. We aim to cultivate interest in cognitive health while raising awareness about the potential of the brain and mind.
